Hi folks..1st time on website and logged in todays meals/foods. Went 11g over in my carbs..but that will be fixed tomorrow! Is there anyone out there with sleep apnea and on C-PAP that finds they are carrying their weight above the waist line? My goal is 61 lbs..and I am restricted to 40 g Carbs and 60-80g protein. Yikes!
