A friend of mine was telling me about it and I decided to start following her exercise plan. Anyone else out here doing it or have a success story/before after pictures from it?
I am on Day 2 of Phase 1, since I have been going to the gym regularly for about 4 weeks, I am following the strength training exactly but adding 15-20 minutes of speed/incline intervals on the treadmill too

i only did the first week - then decided a full body routine (like NROL4W) was more to my liking. i've heard great things about it though :happy:0
