Hi,

Is anyone doing or has done this program before? What kind of results did you get? Is it worth it? How does it compare to P90x? If you still have a pretty high body fat % should you even bother with this program? Looking forward to your responses. Thanks

    Hi I have a friend on here she goes by megginanderson look her up. Or her fb is megginanderson fitness. She has done it 3x with awesome results she is megginanderson fitness on ig too so you can see all her awesome pics. She can answer any questions you have. Meggin has done lots of bb programs so she can answer any bb questions too. She is on round 4 of body beast doing doubles or something crazy! She is awesome:)
