Hi everyone
Three months ago my weight was 169 lbs. I started dieting plan, and in combination with resistance training and cardio successfully lost 33 lbs. Now my weight is 136.5 lbs, and my height is 5'6 I'm male. Folks what do you think, should I lose more weight?

Seems like an ideal weight to me.0

It's entirely up to you. You don't need to lose weight as you're a healthy weight, but healthy weight is a range for a reason - there isn't one perfect weight for everyone of the same height, different people feel better at different weights. And whether you'd feel better at a different weight is something only you can know, certainly not something random strangers on the Internet can know.0

Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you like what you see. If you don't because you feel you have too much body fat still then cut.0

I don't think its up to a bunch of strangers on the internet to decide, its all about how you feel.
that being said, pictures would give you more constructive advice.0 -
No you are a healthy weight0

No you are a healthy weight
I'd have been a healthy weight if I'd stopped at 145lbs, but I would have been nowhere near as happy as I am with how I look now at 125lbs, and I was even happier with how I looked at 112lbs. Just because someone's a healthy weight doesn't mean they should automatically stop losing weight. If someone would be happier at a lower, but still healthy, weight, and they're fine with sticking with the diet for a bit longer, then I'd say they should try to lose more.0 -
You seem good to go, weight-wise. I'd start focusing on building muscle now.0

Why are you asking a bunch of strangers who can't even see you? Don't you think you can get better advice from an expert?
How about a doctor, trainer or nutritionist?0
