I'm sure someone's posted this before, and if they haven't then I'm sorry for being such a dork!
I just started working out and I've been doing squats with just my body weight. Whenever I try to type it in the search bar, it says stuff about doing squats with weights.
I went to the "create new excercise" link, and filled it all out but, when it says "weight" do I type in how much I weigh?
I'm really sorry!
Thank you

Type in how much total weight you're lifting
i.e. 10kg or 6kg or in lb0 -
I'm not using any weights aside from my body though.0

If you are not using additional weight, then you are doing calisthenics.
If you want an estimate for Calories burned, search for calisthenics under Cardiovascular and enter the number of minutes.
If you just want a log of sets/reps/weight, search for squat under Strength Training and then just leave the "Weight per set" field blank.
