Generally I just try to guesstimate with what is in the database. A lot of times I will look at what is there and if it's an entry from a well known restaurant I will go to their website and read their menu online to see if the description sounds like what I just ate. Not the most scientific method, but if anyone has a better way....0

If finding a place with a similar meal doesnt work, what I do is I'll enter each item in on their own and try to think of how they made it. Rice, chicken (grilled) , salsa, oil for cooking etc. I think of how I would cook it at its unhealthiest form.0

if not here, i also try calorie king.com. or break it down by ingredients in the dish...time consuming but if you want to know, you gotta do the work0

carne asada torta is going to be between 500 - 1000. If its the big ones like they have down here close to the border expect it to be about 900-1000 like the carne asada burrito would be.0
