i have stopped gyming and I don't feel like gyming .i hate it in a way .i use to love it but I don't know hat happened . Do you guys reckon is it cause of overdoing gym 6 days a week .. I need help

    Possibly, I think I did the same thing. I never loved the gym, though I didn't hate it, then after a few months of going for an hour everyday I absolutely despised it and gave up. I hated waiting all day at work for home time, then realising that I wasn't going home, but was going to do something else I didn't really enjoy for another hour. So yeah, if you don't enjoy it anymore, going less often will probably help.

    I have no time for an exercise that I don't enjoy.

    I understand completely with regards to being in work all day then knowing you're not going straight home - it's not a nice feeling and you feel so tired before you even get there. I aim to go in morning times but understand this is not for everyone either.

    nope sorry I only do exercise I love.

    ATM it's weight lifting (2 years) and walking and now...running.

    Do you do the same workout everyday? If yes, I think you just got sick of doing the same thing.
