fit leg slim leg

Okey if i want to get my leg looks very thin the best exercises for it is (walking &cycling )or squat because i read that squats grow muscels and make leg look bigger right ???? And i want a thin leg not a musceled leg ,,,,,,, thanks alot guys

    The best thing for slim legs is overall fat loss. it is pretty much genetic.

    Also, doing squats would not get you bulky. You only get bulky if you train very hard, eat a surplus of calories over your TDEE, and eat a lot of protein. Then one does a cut cycle. Think about how many people you see that actually have bulky muscles... They work very hard for it. Just eat at a deficit, strength train, and your muscles will retain mass and body fat should go down.

    How about dancing? I like Jazzercise myself, but most areas have some type of dance classes. Fun exercise.
