Is this a good way to increase appetite?

So i want to increase my appetite. my weight was 74kg and now it is 68kg. So i have lost a lot of weight.. I am not used to eating so much.. and i have tried earlier to eat more.. Chicken and brown rice etc..
But i came across this video, were this guy recommended to just eat whatever food i find delicious. even tho they are unhealthy.. Every 3 hours just to make my body used to eating more food. and increasing my appetite. is this a good idea?

If you are hitting your macros you don't need to actually eat more food, just more calories. Ice cream & peanut butter are some of my favorite things to add cals.
I don't avoid anything as long as it my macros are hit other than saturated fat.
I don't buy into unhealthy foods idea, just unhealthy proportions.0
