plateau breakthrough mind game

I just broke through a 2 lb swing plateau that I've been in for over a year. During that time I've been diligent in recording my weight each day, checking the all the graphs, looking for trends, and eating reasonably. The one thing I changed, about a week ago, was my mental approach.
Normally I pay attention to keeping the weight graph below a certain number, which has been pretty successful, regarding controlling the upticks. Last week I started concentrating on the bottom numbers on the graph, attempting to get below my norm. This morning I weighed the least I've weighed in the past year!

Maintaining your weight within a two pound margin on either side for a year is a great accomplishment, in and of itself. But, congratulations on reaching your new low.0
