Is anyone looking for an accountability buddy? I'm back after falling off the wagon yet again (although this time for a real reason) and could really do with a friend to help keep me motivated and who I can help along their journey as well !!
I'm a 191 lb 5 ft 6 woman from the UK :)

    I fell off the wagon yet again.. I know how good it feels to workout and eat healthier, due to kids getting older and moving out cooking for one most nights, occasionally my 19 yr old is home is not fun so I tend to pick here and there or grab something quick. Due to some radial damage in my arm, I have not been working out either, but just finishing up with therapy, slowly easing my way back into a routine.. I Need someone to motivate support and even be a drill Sargent! :) I am from Pennsylvania!

    I have never worked out before so I really need to find something I can do regularly and enjoy!! Well at least tolerate XD
