trying to lose weight yet again

I want some tips on how you succeed in losing weight, please. I always start out real smoothly and quit in a few weeks.

Simple answer: eat less, move more
More detailed: Stick to an appropriate calorie deficit for your height/weight,. Log accurately. Focus on nutrition but don't cut out the foods you love completely. Make sure you hit your macros/micros. Do exercises you feel comfortable with.
