Here are a couple of mine:
Chipotle
Burrito Bowl
Chicken or Steak (or both)
Rice (half or full, depending on carb needs)
Pinto or black beans
Salsa as desired
Guacamole (optional, depending on fat needs)
Hold the cheese and sour cream
Panda Express
Double order of Teryaki chicken
Steamed vegetables OR brown rice (depending on carb needs)

when i want fast food i usually go to taco bell and order everything fresco it takes out the dairy products and replaces it with pico it cuts alot of calories out but i try really hard to stay away from fast food because i know from experience that in human error most of the time items are not portioned properly which leads to excess calories that arnt counted for so i just add an extra 50 calories to every item i log0

Almost anything at veggie grill, but my favourite is the Santa Fe Chick'n Sandwich (not low cal, but for 600 calories you do get over 30g of protein and 8g of fibre)0

A grilled chicken sandwhich from almost anywhere that offers them. I order it with only pickles though, no mayo, and if it's particularly large (like Chick-fil-a), I take off the top bun to save on cals.Chipotle

Love this combo! I usually order it with the brown rice they started offering a little while ago. It only saves a couple of calories, but it's just as good as the white rice, and when eating at Chipotle, I can use all the calorie savings I can get.
I was a bit saddened to learn that their tortillas, which are awesome, are 300 calories a piece.

If I'm doing fast food I usually get a sour cream and chive baked potato and a small chili at Wendy's...I also like their Asian Cashew Chicken Salad.0

I get the grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy's. Pretty good quality ingredients, yet somehow manages to have a butt ton more sodium than a McChicken for the same number of calories and 4x the price.0
