I feed into my cravings... Help!

Chocolate is my weakness.
I will sometimes eat off of my emotions, which is not good.
What are some ways that I can beat my cravings?

    Can you get some bite sized chocolates to keep around? Honestly, I have a cup of coffee with creamer when this happens (usually an hour after lunch). Yeah, it's still got 70 calories worth of creamer, but I can sit and enjoy it for a good 15 minutes instead of one minute of chowing down on a piece of chocolate.

    I leave 100-300 calories for treats at the end of each day.

    I'm OCD about my calories and calorie deficit, so before I eat anything, I log it and see how it effects my totals. If it fits I eat it... if it doesn't fit, or even if it does but I just don't like the way it effects my totals, I don't eat it. If I happen to still give in, I just exercise those calories off. Nothing wrong w/ eating what you like as long as at the end of the day you still have a calorie deficit either from eating less calories somewhere else or exercising! I had a 340 calorie mint "Its-it" yesterday and it was delicious! But I was still under calories for the day because of what I explained above!
