Hello dear brothers and sisters. This post is for those who like me will be fasting the month of ramadan.
The month of ramadan is a month where a person will fast sunrise to sundawn. He or she has to refrain from food and water.
It helps cleanse the body and mind.
The advice in regards to nutrition would
1- Drink lots of water before and after Fast the time window use it dont waste it.
2- Eat fibrous food whole foods slightly increase also protein like chicken and cottage cheese or fish will fill you up.
3- Rest remember your body has no fuel so dont train fasted.
4- use this to do reflect.
5- I would train light after the fast opens have a shake and eat up and then train.

May Allah bless and guide us and reward all of us who will be fasting

you can train fasted. If it is not your preference then don't.

when Ramadan falls in the spring and summer months the days are longer so the fast is longer. Sun up was 5:20 am here and sun down is near 730 8 pm.

When sun sets I would eat a calorie dense meal to fit in my DCI while still attempting to hit macros. Plan your breakfast the night bf wale early and eat another calorie dense meal.

I mean weight training it is best to train after so you can drink fluids.
you can risk injury if you dont drink fluids whilst training
