I'm struggling to stick with workout plans and eating plans. I need a trainer or some really good food ideas and workout ideas. Help?

You could get a trainer for one or two sessions to go through it with you then go solo when you feel confident enough. The biggest obstacle to starting training is getting into a routine. Once you get into one you will be fine trust me, you just have to put the graft in in the early days! Internet is full of good recipes, if you're on social media try following some fitness and recipe pages, that's where I get my inspiration from.
You can do it!0
