I just flipped through about 20 pages of messages with many "add me" posts but not a single request from men. Why?

I think social aspect while restructuring your lifestyle for the healthier you is very helpful. While a motivational buddy is a motivational buddy, I'm starting to feel a bit weird sending friend request to ONLY females as I see no males posting "add me" requests.

Well, here is another "add me" post. I would like to build a good size friends base to support each other, share success stories, and share our failures so we can learn from each other.

After losing 25 lb, I'm about 6 lb from my goal, but thinking dropping another 10 afterwards which would put me into the best shape of my entire life. I generally follow IIFYM theory and workout every day.

I just saw a post from "John" who wanted male friends to keep an equal ratio. I wished him good luck with that.
