Should I change my settings?

Just wondering about wether to change my settings or not, currently I have them set at lightly active because I work in a restaurant so I am on my feet for 7+ hours a day and I'm lucky if I get 30 minutes of my 50 minute break. I also walk my dog twice a day for minimum 20 minutes and have recently started the 30 day shred aswell. I started with my goal as 24 pounds to lose and have already lost 12 since April 15th (with a week of weight gain), so I'm halfway there! I have the goal set at losing one pound a week but have frequently lost more than that (not intentionally). I curently have a calorie goal of 1460 a day. I do have days where I eat less than my goal but try to ensure I dont fall under 1200 net a day, and am trying to get as close to my goal as I can.
So what I want to know is since I'm not trying to lose that much weight, and it's been coming off fairly quickly, should I change my settings to .5 pound a week so that I will be eating more? I am already feeling full and satisfied with what I'm currently eating and at times find it difficult to eat enough.

  • I personally would just leave it! I am loosing more than what I put as a goal, I have a hard time eating all my calories, just make sure you log your extra work outs (I would count walking the dog and 30ds as additional work outs to what they count in your day since they counted what you do at your job in your regular start calories) which will give you the extra calories you need. Good luck and great job!

I would like to add though, I do plan on changing my stats when I meet my gw, that way I know what I need to do to maintain.
