Calorie deficite

Myfitness pal recommends I eat 1380 calories a day. I am currently 96.5kg and would love to weight 75kg.
My question is, do i eat all 1390 calories or do I eat fewer?

Any help would be great!

    Try out what MFP says to eat. 1380 calories and adjust if your weight loss is not what it is suppose to be.

    Eat the recommended amount of 1380. If you gain some exercise calories you can safely eat half of the exercise calories in addition to the 1380.

    When you set up your account, you were asked to choose a weight loss goal (x lb/week). The calorie deficit required to meet that goal is already built in so use the MFP target as is.
