healthy low calorie lunch, lots of flavor!!!

So, after my workout today I wanted to eat some protien & veggies, but I get bored eating blan stuff constantly. So today I had one cup of grilled chicken breast, pulled from the bone & shredded, I added 5 Jalapeno slices chopped up in the meat, and topped it with Siracha Chili hot sauce & had 5 cucumber slices also chopped up with 2 table spoons of spinach & artichoke hummis for dipping the cuccumbers. Very very good! :) Any other flavorful ideas?

    i would have taken that chicken breast, and the cucumber and spinach and thrown it on a bed of lettuce.... and added a little Red Hot sauce, and red onion.

    All my lunches are flavorful. I usually have leftover from dinner so it varies greatly. Today I had some leftover roast turkey and baked beans. Yesterday I had a buffalo chicken salad.

    I rarely eat bland food.

    Multi grain pita with chicken breast lettuce tomato onion olives fat free sourcream and reduced fat cheddar cheese with hot sauce! Yum!!!
