    I will lose 45 pounds by the end of October and then maintain after that.

    I have about 15 more lbs to lose (which will bring me to a total weight loss of 72lbs) and then i'm going maintain and focus on toning up :)

    To ensure I have enough calories left over at the end of the day to drink my precious beer and still keep the weight I want.

    About 55lbs to go to get back to my 'normal' weight and to be healthy and all that sort of stuff.

    To lose 35lbs, lost 7 already over about 3 weeks. Then I just want to maintain my goal weight of 10st when I reach it. :)

    I chose to just keep getting swole! it's less work than the getting ripped. Thus the 12oz curls!

    Really active person, due to an injury at the start of the year, I haven't been able to do much but have been eating about the same. I am on the road to recovery, but I have put on a little weight which I have never really had to watch before. So I am really just keeping myself in check. If everything goes well, should only be a few more month ( 9 months total) until I can get back to the level I am used being at activity wise. and I like sugar, it's pretty good.
