I chose to just keep getting swole! it's less work than the getting ripped. Thus the 12oz curls!0 -
Really active person, due to an injury at the start of the year, I haven't been able to do much but have been eating about the same. I am on the road to recovery, but I have put on a little weight which I have never really had to watch before. So I am really just keeping myself in check. If everything goes well, should only be a few more month ( 9 months total) until I can get back to the level I am used being at activity wise. and I like sugar, it's pretty good.0
