Has anyone had any success with taking Chromium Picolinate for sugar control as well as any
Generalized weight control issue. Have an outstanding day.

    I started it about a month ago - not sure about my sugar levels , but I have lost belly fat.

    It's cheap $10 for about 3 mos at 1 tablet a day.
    It can't hurt !

    I've used it for some time now. Its role is to keep your insulin from spiking when u consume carbs
