Where does our fat actually go when we lose it? - interesting new study

This was just rather interesting little factoid about losing fat.
When we lose weight and are losing fat, "84 percent of a fat molecule’s atoms [are] exhaled as carbon dioxide, and the remaining 16 percent [end] up as water."

...maybe we should be concerned for increase climate change if too many people lose too much fat at the same time, LOL.
