what do you have for a snack at night?? How do you stop eating in the middle of the night??

air popped popcorn is a good snack. I sleep in the middle of the night, lol0

I try to leave enough calories in my day for some ice cream in the evenings. Unless I haven't hit my protein goals and then it's Greek yogurt & fruit or nuts.
Some other snacks I might have in the evening (depending on how many calories I have left): cheese sticks or string cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, beef jerky or turkey jerky, popcorn, apples & peanut butter.0 -

Pop tarts
and a ham n cheese sammich.
I still have the munchies, big time. But when I got close to my daily goal I stopped. That's how I do it. Just stop.
