I go to gym 4 times a week, I do weight lifting and cardio as well, I eat 4 egg whites omelette everyday along with a protein shake for breakfast, for lunch a chicken breast with rice, evening snack a sweet potato and protein shake and for dinner chicken or fish with rice... I'm 5'9 and I weigh 170 lbs and I'm looking to get a ripped body...need some suggestions0
