Hey Everyone my name is Roe' and I have started this for the second time. This is however the first time I will participate with the community. I need some motivation when it comes to the exercise part of fitness. I don't have a big issue cutting down on my eating, I actually enjoy limiting my calories. It's fun to see how much I can eat & what I can eat. Anyway, if you read this don't be shy just say hi.
