Have had this app on my phone for months and finally decided to give it a go! I've already lost 25, and for the last month can't shed anymore!! Im looking for another 15-20 and figured it's time to calorie count! My goal is to eventually add another 5-8 lbs in just muscle. I need motivation and other lifters or cardio goers to help me out.
