Which scale is more accurate?

At my gym I weigh 145 (analog scale) and at home on the digital scale I weigh 138. Why are they so different, and which one do you think is more accurate? Thanks!

Probably the one at the gym is more accurate

I always try to be consistent and use the same scale all the time. I would pick one scale and just use that one.

That's the important thing is to use the same scale all the time and weigh yourself with no clothes on or just underwear if shy always the same formula

Go to Macys or Target or something and stand on one of their scale displays lol.

Are you weighing at the same time of day, in the same clothes, same hydration levels, etc? As others have said, pick one scale and stick to it. There will always be variations between scales.

I agree with the statement about using the same scale each time
