Hi all. I've been on MFP for 14 months and found it amazing to guilt me into calorie control. Still got 6pds to lose and happy to share my diary on what foods I eat. I don't cheat myself on here it's pointless. Feel free to add me as I'm new to the community but found people's advice extremely useful.
In total I lost over 40pds but put some back on building muscle. You got to enjoy the exercise to make it a routine. I'm after support to get a 6pack in my target which is 5 weeks 2 days for hols and at 38yrs old that last bit of belly doesn't wanna move
