Increased Appetite

I've been very good/strict following MFP since the beginning of the year. I'm just a hair over 13 pounds from my goal. In the last 2 weeks my appetite has increased significantly. This week my exercise level has decreased because of time constraints. But I have been doing P90X and a lot of walking. I faithful use my wear my Fitbit. I usually eat all my aerobic calories burned back, but not so much resistant training. I'm always use a HRM when exercising, but follow it's calories burned for non-aerobic activity. The trouble is now I'm hungry almost 50% of the time. I drink 12-20 glasses of water (especially when I'm hungry). Any thoughts of suggestions? I've done things like making sure I have enough protein throughout the day so I feel more full. I'm at a bit of a loss... I've managed to not feel hungry hardly ever (unless I really burned a lot of calories working out). Typically I have lost 1-1.5 pounds a week.

I would try reducing carbs. For me that is an almost surefire way to reduce feelings of hunger, especially if I am not working out as much.
