Hello from BC!

I've been a member in the past (when logging meals was not as easy!) and I'm back to make some serious changes to my life. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs, gain strength, and improve my lifestyle. I'm plateauing a bit early in my journey, but trying to stay motivated! If anyone has any words of encouragement, or would like to help me kick my butt into shape, please feel free to add me!
