Multi vitamin supplements

has anyone taken or who takes multi vitamins and what are the benifits of taking them

    Unless you have some deficiency from a medical problem or poor/unbalanced diet, then there is no benefit. There are even risks from overdoing it with vitamins.

    If you have an excellent diet and are eating all the veggies, you don't need it. If (like everyone) you eat a less than ideal diet, multi-vitamins can help cover the bases. They are also fairly cheap. Of-course you shouldn't overdo them (but that can be said about everything in the world).
