you know I think for me my anxiety was tied up with a couple of health scares including a bad bout of pneumonia that took me a year to recover from...so I lost faith in my body and would panic at odd niggles. Being fit and strong, and having a great trainer to get me over the hump of "shoot, I can't catch my breath" seems to have restored my equilibrium ...I think I believe in my body again
