hi there! So I'm trying to get back in the swing of things and trying to lose over 50 pounds (dang--that sounds so daunting! >_<) I really need to try this foreign concept of "regular exercise & portion control" ugh!!! I just want to feel good and not feel like I'm going to die when I walk up a few flights of stairs. Looking for motivation, paleo enthusiasts, competitive spirited people in my weight bracket, and Enlightening Yoda-esque people who have bits of wisdom to share . I have a Disneyland pass too--anyone wanna meet up there & rack up some steps? ;)
