"healthy" UK food chains to eat out in?

Thinkn of having a date night tonight..maybe a meal and the pics.. but wantn to know reasonably nutrious places for dinner or nandos? Could do without eating out but know I'll want snacks in the movie otherwise.. unless anyone has some decent movie snacks in mind? :)

    What do you define as "healthy"?

    I imagine that any food outlet would serve something that would fit in to your calorie and macronutritional goals.

    So basically, anywhere you want.

    The harvester is one option. They have some really healthy stuff, and as long as you behave yourself at the salad bar you can get away with a meal for around 500cal~
