What's the best gym machines for uper body fat?

I'm just wondering what's the best gym machines is for uper body fat especially belly fat and how long to do on each machine

    You can't spot reduce.

    Find a cardio routine you enjoy and can stick with.
    Find a resistance program you can stick with.
    Keep your diet in check - this is actually #1
