So, here I am again. I let myself slip for 2 weeks, and boy did I notice a difference! I felt sluggish, tired and unhealthy! I thankfully, didn't gain any weight in the 2 weeks I didn't log my food, but think my choices just weren't right. I feel completely motivated again, and have started fresh this week. My first goal is to lose another 20 pounds by the end of summer. I feel strongly that I can do this, as I have already lost 19 pounds and have kept it off longer than ever before! Please feel free to share any thoughts or words of motivation with me.. Every bit helps! I love this site, and have found out that I need it to feel good! ~Tara

Congrats on deciding to come back to us :flowerforyou: We all go through periods of falling off the wagon but the important thing is realising that we need to hop back on! Many people fail to do this and therefore you are already on a successful path to a healthier you :flowerforyou:

Welcome back and congrats on keeping that amazing weight loss LOST! :flowerforyou:

Welcome back! I will say that my original goal was to lose 40 pounds and I lost the first 20 fast, the next 10 on a steady basis, BUT these last 10 have taken months and I still have 2 to go! SO with that said, I think your goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of summer is admirable, but please be flexible in your expectations. You will probably have to up your exercise routine (Which is my weak link in all of this) to keep the weight coming off for those last pounds. You CAN do it, but do it realistically! Glad you are back and you know you will be successful if you log your foods and stay accountable for what you are choosing to eat! Good luck!
