As long as you're within your calories, you're fine. Fat and protein is often looked on as a minimum goal to reach.

Calories are king for weight loss. As long as your calories are in the right range, you should hit your weight goals.

Macros (fat/protein/carbs) are important for health and things like mood, energy levels, etc. But it's important to note that MFP has just given you one possible way to set your macros. There are tons of different ways that work depending on your personal needs. So don't be afraid to play around and see what works for you.

That said, I try to treat my fat and protein as minimum numbers to reach every day. Especially protein, since it's so useful for retaining muscle mass and keeping you fuller throughout the day. MFP tends to set protein goals a little low anyway, imo, so you probably want to swap out some of your carbs for more protein-rich foods.
