I plan on doing HIIT programs on my non strength training days. Was wondering which ones you liked to do and found success with? i know there are a ton on the Net but want to hear from my fellow MFPers

Incline treadmill sprints. 20s on 40s off for 20m.

    Advanced spinning.

Been doing both of these in recent months, absolutely love it.

100% effort at all times though don't forget! :)

Tabatas. Sometimes I'll do them in between exercises.

    Burpees...mountain climbers...donkey kicks...battle ropes...sprints....etc.

Hey, I found a lot of awesome FREE hiit workouts on fitnessblender.com. Most are 30 minutes, but they have HIIT cardio mixed with abs or butt or whatever you want to work, so you can do a longer video if you want.

Treadmill intervals mixed with hills. I do a full round of sprint intervals, and then jog all the way up the incline in 15 second increments, and then back down the incline in 15 second increments. And then i do another round of sprints. Sometimes 2. Killer

I do HIIT running 2 days a week outside. I also love doing TurboFire and Insanity Max 30.

I've been doing the Interval option on a elliptical, but I'm not sure if it's better than the regular Cardio option that adds resistance because it says I burn more on Cardio.

Stationary cycling: 5 mins warm-up, then 1 on (120-140 rpm) and 1 off (90-100 rpm) for 25 mins. This is more just interval training than proper HIIT but it's still pretty intense. I increase resistance every time I go.
