Falling hard

hi there I am Carlene last year I was doing good with my weight loss but ever since I moved in with my friend we eat crappy. When I say crappy I mean hot dogs grill cheese pizza microwave dinners lots of McDonalds we go to seven eleven a lot coffee slurpee's sour keys. I've lost control of my eating I don't know what to do anymore. I also noticed I am feeling run down and all I wanna do is sleep. I need to take back my healthy eating and exercising I just confused on where to start

    Well the first thing to do is to stop eating lots and lots of crap food.

    Get yourself a food scale, figure out how many calories you should be eating per day to lose about 1 pound a week, and do that. You gotta start somewhere.

    I did the exact same thing moving in with my mother. I had lost 40 pounds and then got hit by christmas... I'll fix it when I go home... But then I was loosing my home. For the time I had there I went back to my 'good' habits and controlled my food. When I had to move in with my mother I was living off her dime and had no money of my own. She bought crap and I felt guilty about wasting food as she has a habit of shopping for herself and then eating out. I gained 60 pounds which I am now in the beginning stages of loosing. There is her food and there is my food. I eat my food and if her food goes bad then it goes bad.

    It is harder to loose weight when the person you live with isn't doing the same thing. Talk to your friend. See eating healthy is something you can do together. If not then you have to resolve to do it yourself. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like some extra support from someone who is in nearly the same situation, my mother isn't going to change her bad habits anytime soon. I can't wait on her.
