I posted a few days ago that I was giving up weighing everyday. Well now I am telling you it's true
the scale is my down fall I did well not weighing except for the wanting to know what it was going to tell me. everyday I did not weigh I did wonderful with sticking to my food plans for myself. Monday it hit me and I really think the scale grabbed me and threw me upon it. And I heard what it had to say and the minute I stepped off it was awful it was like the refrig swung open and the food started jumping up at me...it was horrible...my head kept thinking about my food and my stomach kept screaming feed me boopsie feed me...I tell you that scale and me are not getting together except on Tuesday any longer. Please understand it's dangerous for me.

(know I wrote this in the form of facing my problem in jest, I have not lost my mind)

The rate at which you weigh is personal and you should do it according to what suits your personality.
I would still keep up woth the kitchen scales and weighing your food. In addition you should use other measures such as tracking performance at the gym, the tape measure etc. once a week is fine.
