Hi, I'm Danielle! I'm trying to get back on track after falling off the wagon for a few months. I am currently 160lbs and want to get to 130lbs. I started tracking earlier this week and have been lifting at the gym for a while. I've been having a really hard time getting myself to do any cardio for a bunch of reasons... namely that I am always exhausted and all this extra weight makes it feel impossible! I'm wondering if there is anyone who wants to be an accountability buddy or has advice on low-glycemic foods or starting out with cardio! Thanks
