    So this is my first entry. ..I have to loose 40 lbs. And this is my second day ....I work out every chance I get. I have made a healthy lifestyle change because I have 3 kids to take care of ...also diabetes runs in my family.my mom just passed away about 2 months ago of complications due to diabetes.therefore I am willing to make sacrifices for a happy family. Feel free to write back I just need encouragement right now. Thanks
