That's my toughest time to stay on track, sticking to my logged in portions.
Seems like I'm ready to knock off anything that isn't nailed down. Tonite while I was nuking and later eating my leftover pasta and salmon, I needed to take some time and just breathe, slow down and enjoy my food. Successful

I'm the worse after dinner as well, although I read that part of our issue is how we chew. We are always in such a hurry to eat that we forget to take the time to look at our food and actually chew each mouthful properly. They suggested you say the alphabet in your head for each bite, a bit much I thought but it does make you feel fuller by the time you are done!
