Three years ago I lost 80lbs by eating clean and working out. I was able to transformed by body by strength training. But about 5 months ago I found out that I have one herniated disc. After therapy I am feeling great but....gained 20lbs and at 51 it isn't easy to get rid off. So I am ready workout and stay healthy again. I miss my muscles lol.
