No ... not really. Although I suppose it depends what your starting point is.
But it gives them shape and definition.0 -
Only in that it burns calories, which can result in weight loss. But you can't spot reduce. If it weren't for the reduction in fat that results form weight loss, cycling would make your legs bigger.
