Hello everyone! I am a repeat offender of this app. For whatever reason I cannot commit to more then 3 days logging in honest size amounts of good lol. Last yr I was able to lose 30 lbs in a few months just making healthier food choices and working our 3-5x a week 2 hrs a day sometimes twice a day. I started school full time last summer and since then I have succeeded in gaining back most of my weight, I've managed to keep of 3 lbs. school is done but I am still working full time and am a single mother of 3. While looking for advice on how to lose and maintain weight I saw a few suggestions on finding partners online for motivation. So I figure I try it. I am 5'9 weigh 211 and call me crazy but I want to get to 180 by end of summer. Feel free to add me as a friend. I would appreciate any motivation possible. Thank you.
