moving past roadblocks

So the weight is dropping off pretty regular, but more exercise has stunted the weight loss. Ummmm, help. Ideas that don't include stopping exercise.

    Smash through the road block! Most things I read tend to gravitate towards body shock, that is changing your exercise. If you do the same "exercise" all the time you get used to it. Switch it up?

    Adding exercise or change your routine can cause you to retain water. Keep your deficit up. If you don't see a loss within the next couple weeks, you need to readjust your calories, tighten your logging, or just eat less of your exercise calories back if you're using the NEAT method.
