Interesting. To actually lose 7 pounds of body weight (not just water weight, which is what happens with most of these ridiculous fad diets), that means it would have to create a caloric deficit of 3500 calories per day. Therefore, if you're a woman with a typical TDEE of around 2000 to 2200 calories/day, that would put you at a net caloric intake of -1300 to -1500 calories per day. Sounds legit.

never heard of it.
i read spiked and came for the alcohol.0 -
The whole thing is to drink four protein shakes pre day no meals but dinner and snacks.
And i guess sense its protein its supposed to make it so your body burns the fat nd not your muscle that's what i read anyways.0 -
Sounds like a weird modified version of the Velocity diet - based around protein shakes and fibre supplements.
You lose a large amount of weight at the beginning of the cycle due to the lack of carbs in your diet. It's not real fat loss and as soon as you eat carbs your body will regain that weight.
You can lose weight on that diet, or you can lose weight eating a similar amount of other food. If you want to get a similar drop in water weight at the start, you could even try any of the low carb diet approaches.0 -

So exercise intensely for 2-3 hours per day and consume no food...for two weeks.
This sounds like a Bad Idea™ .
I think I'll pass.0 -
Yeah....no. It doesn't work. Water weight, if even that. I prefer to just eat real food.

Mix your protein powder with whiskey for a proper spiked whey protein diet. Your idea is actually much worse than that.0
