Cheating on your diet

I just did a major cheat. I had one medium size bag of Cheetos and a kit Kat bar. I feel a little nauses, but will this affect my progress? Eating all this reminds me how much I don't miss eating this way. But I was having a serious sweet tooth and over did it. If u have any serious cheat meals please share.

No. All of that food combined isn't 3500 calories, which is one pound.
You might be a little heavier from water weight, but, drink water and just flush it out of your system within a few days.
Do IIFYM so you can fit sweets into your diet. If you restrict, you binge, like you did.0
